Terms Of Service
What Do Our Terms of Service Cover?
Last updated: 24 August 2026
Nissakee Trending’s Terms of Service set out the rules governing use of this website and, once online sales are activated, purchases made through it. They explain the conditions relating to accounts, orders, payments, delivery, returns, intellectual property, liability, consumer rights, and other responsibilities applicable to customers and Nissakee Trending.
1. Website Status and Scope
Nissakee Trending is currently being prepared for commercial launch. Online payment and checkout services are not yet active, and visitors cannot currently complete purchases through this website.
The provisions concerning use of the website apply immediately. The provisions concerning orders, payments, delivery, returns, and consumer rights will apply when online sales are activated.
These Terms of Service govern access to and use of nissakeetrending.com. Once checkout is activated, they will also govern purchases made through the website.
2. Seller Information
Nissakee Trending is an online retail project operated from Greece.
Before online payments and commercial sales are activated, this section will be updated with the seller’s complete legal identity and registered business address. It will also include tax identification details, business registration information where applicable, a telephone number, and any other information required by Greek and European Union law.
Current contact email: support@nissakeetrending.com
3. Acceptance of These Terms
By accessing or using this website, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. When online sales are activated, placing an order will also constitute acceptance of the Terms applicable at the time of the order.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you should discontinue use of the website.
4. Eligibility and Accounts
You must have the legal capacity required under the laws applicable to you to enter into a binding contract.
If you create an account, you are responsible for providing accurate information, maintaining the confidentiality of your login details, and notifying us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.
5. Products and Product Information
We aim to present product descriptions, specifications, prices, measurements, availability, and images accurately. Products may be sourced through international suppliers and logistics partners.
Minor differences in color may result from screen settings. However, nothing in these Terms excludes a customer’s rights when a product is defective, materially different from its description, incorrectly supplied, or otherwise non-conforming.
Product availability may change. We may correct genuine errors or update product information before an order is accepted.
6. Prices, Taxes, and Additional Charges
Prices and currencies will be displayed on the website before an order is placed. Where required by applicable law, prices shown to consumers will include applicable taxes.
Any delivery charges or other unavoidable costs will be disclosed before the customer confirms the order.
For international deliveries, customs duties, import taxes, or handling charges may apply depending on the destination. Some charges may not be reasonably calculated in advance. In that case, customers will be clearly informed before ordering that additional charges may apply.
7. Orders and Contract Formation
Adding a product to the cart does not reserve the product or create a binding contract.
Once checkout is activated, an order submitted by a customer constitutes an offer to purchase. An automated acknowledgment of receipt does not necessarily constitute acceptance of the order.
A sales contract is formed only when we expressly accept the order or dispatch the product, subject to applicable consumer law.
We may refuse or cancel an order for legitimate reasons. These may include product unavailability, an obvious pricing error, suspected fraud, payment failure, delivery restrictions, or legal requirements. If payment has already been collected for a cancelled order, it will be refunded.
8. Payment
Available payment methods will be displayed at checkout when online sales are activated.
Payments may be processed by independent payment service providers. We do not normally receive or store complete payment card details.
Customers must provide accurate billing and payment information and must be authorized to use the selected payment method.
9. Processing, Shipping, and Delivery
Order processing, available destinations, estimated delivery times, tracking, customs information, and delivery procedures are described in our Shipping Policy.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed dates unless expressly stated otherwise. Mandatory consumer rights concerning delayed or failed delivery remain unaffected.
For consumer purchases, the risk of loss or damage normally transfers when the customer, or a person designated by the customer other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the goods.
10. Right of Withdrawal, Returns, and Refunds
Consumers residing in the European Union generally have the right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days after receiving the goods, subject to legally permitted exceptions.
Return authorization, return addresses, return costs, defective products, refunds, and exceptions are explained in our Returns & Refund Policy.
Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory right of withdrawal, refund right, or other consumer protection available under applicable law.

11. Defective or Non-Conforming Products
Consumers are entitled to the mandatory legal guarantees and remedies provided by applicable law.
If a product is defective, damaged, incorrectly supplied, or materially different from its description, the customer should contact support@nissakeetrending.com and provide the order number and relevant evidence.
Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, remedies may include repair, replacement, a price reduction, or a refund. These statutory rights are separate from any voluntary commercial warranty.
12. Order Cancellation
Customers wishing to cancel an order should contact us immediately. We will try to stop processing, but cancellation cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment or shipment has begun.
If an order can no longer be cancelled, the customer may use any applicable right of withdrawal or return after delivery.
13. Acceptable Use of the Website
You must not use the website:
- for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes;
- to interfere with the website’s security or operation;
- to introduce malicious code or attempt unauthorized access;
- to misuse another person’s account or personal information;
- to copy or exploit website content in violation of intellectual property rights.
14. Intellectual Property
Website content, including branding, logos, text, graphics, layouts, and original materials, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
No content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or commercially exploited without authorization, except where permitted by law.
Third-party trademarks, product images, and materials remain the property of their respective owners.
15. Privacy and Cookies
Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection law.
Where legally required, non-essential cookies or similar technologies will be used only after valid consent has been obtained.
16. Availability of the Website
We aim to keep the website available and secure, but uninterrupted or error-free access cannot be guaranteed.
We may temporarily suspend or restrict access for maintenance, security, legal, or technical reasons.
17. Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. This includes liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, personal injury caused by negligence where applicable, and mandatory consumer rights.
Subject to applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when a contract was formed. We are also not responsible for losses caused solely by events beyond our reasonable control.
Any limitation in these Terms applies only to the extent permitted by law. It does not affect statutory guarantees or remedies available to consumers.
18. Events Beyond Reasonable Control
Events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, government actions, serious transport disruptions, or failures of essential infrastructure, may delay performance.
We will take reasonable steps to limit disruption and inform affected customers. This section does not remove any mandatory right to cancel, obtain a refund, or exercise another legal remedy.
19. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Greece and applicable European Union law.
If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of mandatory protections. You retain any protections granted by the law of the country in which you normally reside.
Customers are encouraged to contact support@nissakeetrending.com first so that complaints can be reviewed and an informal solution attempted. This does not restrict a customer’s right to seek assistance from a competent consumer authority. It also does not restrict the right to bring a claim before a court having jurisdiction under applicable law.
20. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect legal, operational, or technical changes.
Changes apply from the date they are published and will not retroactively alter an order already accepted, unless required by law or expressly agreed with the customer.
